Shipping &returns

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Anything in stock usually leaves our Temple facility the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

If something sells out you can still order it. The product page, your cart and the checkout all mark it as a backorder before you pay, and your order confirmation names the item that is waiting.

Backordered items ship within up to 7 days while we restock. Orders are filled in the order they were paid — first paid, first shipped — and we email you the moment your item arrives and is set aside for you.

Anything else in the same order that is in stock ships on the normal next-business-day timeline; you do not wait on the whole order.

Shipping is charged at a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

We ship nationwide via major carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also view live status and tracking from your account under Orders at any time.

Your satisfaction matters to us. Unopened, unused supplements and apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

To start a return, call or text us at 719-430-1005 with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Please keep the packaging and send a photo if you can.

For safety and product integrity, peptides, SARMs, and other research compounds are non-returnable once opened. Unopened research products may be returned within 30 days under the same terms above.

Research products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only — they are not intended for human or animal consumption.
